We excavate to a minimum depth of 300mm, establishing a solid sub-grade. This deep excavation removes unstable ground and prepares the foundation for heavy structural load-bearing.
We install high-performance geotextile membranes and Type 1 aggregate. Compacted in multiple dense layers, this engineered sub-base guarantees zero shifting or sinking over decades of use.
Using advanced laser levels, we grade the final laying course to precise tolerances. This ensures flawless water runoff, perfect joint alignment, and a completely level surface stone finish.
